Temporary vs. Eternal

"For our light and momentary troubles are achieving for us an eternal glory that far outweighs them all. So we fix our eyes not on what is seen, but on what is unseen. For what is seen is temporary, but what is unseen is eternal." 2 Corinthians 4: 17-18

"I consider that our present sufferings are not worth comparing with the glory that will be revealed in us." Romans 8:18

so important where we fix our eyes...and that flower fixes them in that lovely photo.

"turn you eyes upon Jesus...look forth in his wonderful face, and the things of earth, will grow strangely dim, by the light of His glory and grace!"

Seeing this brought this hymn to mind...what we create perils in comparison to what HE creates!
Beautiful!

peace,

Thank you, I needed to hear this today.

It's easy to become distracted by the things we see. Just the nudge I needed to be reminded reset my focus. Blessings to you.
